Hey Ray, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way and we do certainly understand the frustration, but unfortunately the keys do cost and they must be programmed. If the vehicle is only turned in with 1 key, then that is all we have to turn over to the customer. If any additional keys are owed it is always listed in the paperwork and something that is worked out ahead of time.
