My RV was towed there by AAA as it broke down and they were the only one that was close that works on RV’s. Nobu was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. The downside was just waiting on pa were the only one that was close that works on RV’s. Nobu was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. The downside was just waiting on parts as they didn’t have the parts needed to work on my FV so parts had to be ordered. It took about 6 weeks from diagnosing to completing repair. Was towed there on 9/7/22 and picked up on 10/31/22. When I went to pick up, I noticed the fuel gauge was not working and I had to wait about four hours for them to find the issue and repair it. It was the wires were crossed they put it back together after replacing the fuel pump. A mistake that their mechanic didn’t realize he had crossed the wires. Hopefully next time they work on someone else vehicle in regards to fuel pump or tank they make sure gauge is working. Overall a good experience not a great one, but also not a bad one. More
It went well as the actual car service. It changed when I informed the cashier that I wanted to use my rewards towards my service however instead of directing me straight to my advisor she It changed when I informed the cashier that I wanted to use my rewards towards my service however instead of directing me straight to my advisor she provided me with my total accepted my payment and informed me then that I needed to talk to my advisor. I thought it was weird to pay the full amount first but continued as directed. I then went straight to talk to my advisor. He then said I needed to talk to him before my payment and there was nothing he could do. When I went back to the cashier she claims she “didn’t take my payment she processed it”. I informed her if I advised her I wanted to use my rewards she should have declined payment until I spoke to my advisor. Instead she had a very unkind attitude. More
