Jerry Pena was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! ! He did not judge a book by its cover, my husband went in his work clothes and boots, Jerry was about to take lunch and helped him get our dream truc ! I make an appointment everything and I still end up having to wait 5 hrs for an oil change. I scheduled one for 8:30am and that still didn't matter.
