I usually take my Chevy Malibu to get serviced every oil change. I had 13,000 points and asked for an oil change as usual. The service rep told me it was going to be $62.00 for the service. I redeemed all my points for the total amount of $65.00. When I went to pay for the service, it was $51.50. I lost almost $15.00 because I couldn’t even buy anything from the merch. store to use my whole $65.00 It takes a lot to earn points so I was NOT happy about that. 😠 More
