I scheduled service appointment for 930am. They took my vehicle in 1hr later!! So my question is what’s the whole point of having set an appointment days prior!! I don’t appreciate the fact that we are there waiting for our appointment when other people would just drive up and get taken care of right away!!! More

Well they had my car for 11 days, it was not suppose to take that long. When we finally got back it wasn’t washed, as promised, we asked it so they did a horrible job, the back area looked as if they threw take that long. I had asked them to listen for a whistling noise that they could not "verify" but I heard as soon as I got on the freeway.
