They did not deal fair or honest with me regarding their financial program. I knew I had a salvage car but I did not know a salvage car did not qualify for financial assistance. I paid the $190 and I want i financial program. I knew I had a salvage car but I did not know a salvage car did not qualify for financial assistance. I paid the $190 and I want it back because no one told me that in advance but knew I was getting the $190 diagnostic to enter that program because I was there the week prior for recall repairs. So I know they knew I had a salvage car. I just believe that was unfair and dishonest. More
