Horrible! Saturday 12/28/19 I took my car in for a free inspection @ 6:40am(they opened at 7). By 10am they let me know I had a busted ball joint & a failed bat Saturday 12/28/19 I took my car in for a free inspection @ 6:40am(they opened at 7). By 10am they let me know I had a busted ball joint & a failed battery. First, I just purchased the 5 year battery 1 year ago from Pep Boys! I was not buying a new one from Mark Christopher. Second I work extended hours weekdays & can’t be there before service center closed. The service person said they had late pick up as late as 9pm. He would give me a loaner car l could drop it off & pick mine up by Monday nights. I explained that Tuesday was New Year’s Eve!! If he could not confirm my Vehicle could be picked up by Monday night I’ll bring it back another Saturday. He confirmed (in front of my mother) that I could pick up my car Monday night at the sales area. Well, the brand new 2020 loaner suv started stalling on the freeway!!! Would not go over 30 mph almost got me killed!! Luckily it was on my way to pick up my car. Unfortunately my car was not waiting for me!!! I waited 1 1/2 hours for the sales mgr to call the service mgr who called the service man. The sales mgr put me on the phone with the service person who then argued with me while the sales mgr listened. He said he called me after 5:3opm Monday night, to ask if I could confirm a pickup. Lies!!! The message(I still have it) said “your cars done, call me tomorrow morning” He PROMISED it would be done & ready for pick up Monday night! The sales mgr finally located my car, he confirmed the brand new(only had 75 miles on it) loaner car had the check engine light on, so something was wrong. No kidding!! To add insult to injury I took my car battery to have it replaced. They tested my battery twice but nothing was wrong with it. I am now telling my friends, family & coworkers not to go to Mark Christopher for any reason!! More

I have bought my 4th Vehicle there at Mark Christipher since 2006 and would not go anywhere else. We make our appts with Juan and he is always helpful and gets us in when we need a quick appt. Let me tell you I’m very OCD being an ex- Aircraft technician . I left my truck Juan called everyday explaining where there at. Most of the problem was under warranty great communication skills and updates . Anybody who only read negative reviews I’m telling you to trust Mark Christopher an go see Juan. Oil change expired? Very long wait I took our 2017 Tahoe in for an oil change because my wife called and she was told that there was one complimentary oil change remaining. When we took I took our 2017 Tahoe in for an oil change because my wife called and she was told that there was one complimentary oil change remaining. When we took the truck in, we were told that the oil change had expired (which is ridiculous in and of itself). Since we were already there, we decided to let them do the service. We were told it would be about an hour and 1/2 even though we had an appointment. Ok. We’ll wait. Almost 3 hours later our truck was finally done and had a very poor excuse for a car wash on top of it all. Not sure I’ll ever bring any vehicle we own back to this dealership based on this experience. More

Good service but extremely long wait time Went in for an oil change for which I called ahead. I was there from 9am until 2pm with no updates. The worse experience I have ever had there. More
Surprisingly Good Car Dealer Experience Went in to check out new GMC Acadias. Since we were using CostcoAuto, we met with the Internet sales person - Giseppe. He showed us available vehicles Went in to check out new GMC Acadias. Since we were using CostcoAuto, we met with the Internet sales person - Giseppe. He showed us available vehicles and because there were so few available, he suggested that we may want to take a look at certified used. We found exactly what we were looking for in options, color, etc. We could not negotiate an additional price break on the already reduced sticker price, however, we feel like we got a fair deal. We added an extended warranty which put us back to like new. Overall very satisfied and pleased with Giseppe's service and knowledge. He was very personable and made the process simple. Larry in finance was also pretty straightforward with answers to our questions and very personable. Overall great experience...hope service crew will be as good when we need them. More
