Horrible attention to detail So my suv went in for a small simple scratch and get detailed, well after 2 weeks of having it I come to pick it up to only find more scratches on my So my suv went in for a small simple scratch and get detailed, well after 2 weeks of having it I come to pick it up to only find more scratches on my suv. To the point my 2019 has to now be repainted for a sec time. So here 2 weeks gone and there about to have it another 2 more weeks. Well fast forward a MONTH I just get my car back and we’ll wouldnt you know The scratches are fixed..but the detail on it was completely horrible and my interior it looks like they were just using my suv as a xxxx shuttle !! Now let’s see if they’ll make it right and I will write a final review. I’m supposed to here from there general manager about this issue and them having my suv for a MONTH and it still NOT correct I wish I can post these pictures to just show how sad my BRAND NEW 2019 suv looks like.... Make sure you inspect the vehicle before purchasing. Truck had some deep scratches on the paint and it has a bad stain on the front chrome bumper when the truck was purchased. Service department does not want to fix the the front bumper and did a pretty bad job fixing the scratches on the paint. They used a paint marker and just blobbed the paint on the truck. Didnt even try to match the quality of the O.E. paint. More
