I've brought my truck to Chevy dealers 3 times now and I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I have had problems with the auto stop, fuel gauge, radio/Bluetooth I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I will say that my service provider that took my car in was great and no issue with him, he is an asset to your auto center. I mentioned all my concerns on the comment box when scheduling the appointment a week prior. I also mentioned that Id like a shuttle if I were to wait there. They cant see my list of concerns in the comment box that I wrote when I schedule the appointment? Now, I have to go back when a loaner car is available. I scheduled a week prior, someone should have seen this and notified me of possible delays or if I need to reschedule or if I should bring a ride, etc. Last time TWO times I went there, I had to come back because they needed to order a part.
