My 2021 Silverado Diesel truck has a bad coolant valve. It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. Told me nothing they can do because part in unavailable It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. My truck is under warranty per service person. So I called GM. Filed a claim. Three weeks later NOTHING still. No help. Nothing. Disappointed in Mark Christopher too. It’s my 4th Silverado in 15 years. Maybe time to change. Can’t sell it because it’s broken. It’s how I make a living too. More

Whenever I take it one of my work trucks, it takes at least three days before they even check to see what is wrong with it then another 3 to 4 days to attempt to repair and then within a week.
