I had been trying to fix a difficult problem with my Houlden/Chevy SS for almost 2 years. 3 visits to my local Chevy dealer and one with a LS specialized service center left the problem unresolved..... Houlden/Chevy SS for almost 2 years. 3 visits to my local Chevy dealer and one with a LS specialized service center left the problem unresolved..... It's unsettling driving a great car with the service engine light on. I made an appointment with Paul Baumgartner last week. I picked my car up in 2 days. Paul provided a detailed report of his analysis and the work he did and explained it to me personally. My car is fixed and is running Optimally for the first time in a long time....!!!!! Paul is the best around......PERIOD!!!! Additionally, the service writer was efficient checking me in and kept me informed throughout the repair.... Good service is hard to find these days. My experience was refreshingly good and Paul's service was exceptional.... I'm a very fussy customer, and don't normally write reviews or hand out compliments online, but I'm making an exception for this case. Why.???....,because Martin Chevrolet and Paul Baumgartner deserve praise!!!!!!! More

Well I went to the service center and all the people treated me very good and when I went in to pick up my truck it was completely cleaned inside and out.
