Honest, professional, courteous and no pressure! Week before I came to Martin Chevrolet, I visited Zeigler Chevrolet in Schaumburg where it was high pressure and completely dishonest experience. Dec Week before I came to Martin Chevrolet, I visited Zeigler Chevrolet in Schaumburg where it was high pressure and completely dishonest experience. Decided to give another dealer a chance, since I wasn't in need of a truck, but wanted to see what options were available. I first got connected with Alex from the internet department and from the start, he was prompt in answering all my questions, including sending me more pictures of the truck before I visited the dealership. Alex then got me connected with Carlos who helped answer my questions, was patient in allowing me to test drive different options and when it came down to deciding if I want to get a new truck, he presented me with multiple options with support from Steve, which one of them fit my needs. Friendly, transparent, honest, prompt communications is some of the quick attributes that comes to my mind when describing Carlos. Once I made the decision, I was transferred to James from the finance department. At this point, I normally brace myself for the "finance guy" to put the last high pressure squeeze, but with James he presented the options and even when I declined, he continued being friendly, professional and supportive. The next day, after thinking about the options James presented, I did decide later that I can see the value in what he was offering and accepted the next day with James making the change seamless. To sum this up, I had an amazing experience at Martin Chevrolet, mainly because of the people who are there. I'm extremely happy with my truck purchase and plan to get my other trucks from here!
