I have purchased several new cars during my life but never experienced the level of professionalism and attention as I did at Martin Chevrolet. The salesman who helped me, Carlos Galvez, was exceptional. He knew everything about the vehicles and was very courteous. He provided tons of information and was very helpful. He asked questions to help me decide what the best truck would be for me. I did fall in love with the Corvette in the showroom but sadly that love will be unrequited. Carlos encouraged me to take a test drive and experience the comfortable ride. He asked if I wanted to try other models but I was sure I had found the right one after the test drive. Carlos was great to work with, made me feel listened to and respected. I’m a woman, often men in dealerships are dismissive of female customers. When I met with the person for financing, I was also pleasantly surprised, James Dunn was very easy to work with and was so quick to get everything taken care of. Never any high pressure by anyone. Altogether a great experience. And I love my beautiful new truck, it drives like a dream! More
