Sales people are always helpful when I’m passing time during oil changes. They are happy to give some price/availability guidance for an additional vehicle purchase. Their job would probably be easier with more vehicles on the sales lot. More

Service department and Sales department are both A++. Their parts department however is one of the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have waited 30 minutes at the counter while listening to the e Their parts department however is one of the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have waited 30 minutes at the counter while listening to the employees laugh behind the separation wall saying things like “I’m gonna go warm up my coffee” and telling each other jokes and just completely ignoring the counter top bell and laughing saying “we’ll be right with you”. Martin Chevy would be my all time best experience at a dealership if they just had a normal parts department. Anyone that doesn’t believe me just try going in there. As a business owner and with a fleet of trucks I can honestly say I would be embarrassed to have part of my business run like their parts department. Again, I want to reiterate that their sales and service departments are AMAZING. Best experiences I’ve had ever. They will go out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy and stay a life long customer. Their parts department is an embarrassment. Makes the dmv during Christmas look like a NASCAR pit crew……..
