Will damage your car and then refuse future service when you question the work and suggest they caused the damage backed with logical evidence. You took a part out of the car and put it back in, now it has you question the work and suggest they caused the damage backed with logical evidence. You took a part out of the car and put it back in, now it has a broken piece of plastic on it, and I pay to fix it - not their fault or problem. The shop manager will also refuse to honor "deals" like free tire rotations with purchase of tires - says "they are a courtesy we provide" as he refuses to do it. This body shop sucks. I do not recommend, they had my car for 3 months and when I got it back the need me to bring it back in for something they couldn’t do in 3 months!?! The repairs to my car were terrible for 3 months and when I got it back the need me to bring it back in for something they couldn’t do in 3 months!?! The repairs to my car were terrible, subpar at best. I had to call for updates, they never called me. When I did call them the never had an answer for me and had to “give me a call back”. When they gave my car back it was dirty… unacceptable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. More
