He understood that although the vehicles we drove were very nice and appealing, we weren't entirely sold on them for one reason or another. We brought up multiple issues that were a concern (none that were actually the fault of the vehicles, just didn't seem to match up to what we needed) and he was receptive and understanding of our concerns. Often times (as happened to us the same day at another dealership, in fact) salesman will dismiss your concerns and try to convince you that you're incorrect. Giovanni, however, was extremely transparent, receptive, and friendly the entire time. I hope his manager(s) sees this review and recognizes the good work he is doing! More
