The WORST experience EVER at a car dealership. Never ever again. I counted 82 NEGATIVE ONE STAR reviews IN ONE YEAR. Guess we're not the only UNHAPPY people who went there. Should have checked the Never ever again. I counted 82 NEGATIVE ONE STAR reviews IN ONE YEAR. Guess we're not the only UNHAPPY people who went there. Should have checked their ratings first!!! They actually tried to give us a lesser package...hoping that we would not notice. When my wife was transferring items from her trade in Mazda CX 30, she went to push the automatic trunk lid button to close it, but there was no button. The salesperson stated that is the way they come on the 2024's. She also noticed that the car did not have the Bowes speaker system....like her trade in 2022 Mazda CX 30 had. The salesperson stated "they are using Mazda speakers now". The next day I realized that we did NOT get the PREMIUM package that we instructed our salesperson to give us. I have no idea how the salesperson could have messed this deal up. We told the salesperson to give us the EXACT same package that we had....only we wanted a blue vehicle this time since my wife had 2 red ones prior. The sales manager (instead of being sympathetic about HIS EMPLOYEES' MISTAKE) raised the lease our agreed upon lease ppprice from $425 to $479 and gave us 10,000 per year instead of matching our last lease which was 12,000 per year. READ YOUR PAPERWORK fully. Don't skim!!! They WILL try to sneak things by you. They did it on our last lease too. Dr. Stephen G. Prefer More
