ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 operated completely normal, stopped normal, with no issues. Service Dept and Tech told me I needed a complete break job, and it would cost $1600.00. When I said no way, they told me it was "metal on metal", a safety issue, and I shouldn't even drive the car. They charged me $250 for the diagnostic fee and I took the car home. Next day I pulled the wheels off, and what do you know, pads and rotors were fine with plenty of life left. I called, complained, sent them images of my good brakes, and they apologized, agreed, and said they would refund my diagnostic fee. It never happened, I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company and they did get my money back, what a pain in the butt. So what every happened with my brake light? I went on Youtube, found out it was a minor electrical issue, and fixed it myself in 2 minutes for 50 cents! I will not return, and do not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach! More

Terrible Experience with Mazda of Palm Beach – Loyal Customer Betrayed I have been a loyal customer of Mazda of Palm Beach for years, having previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I recently decided to purchase my leased CX-5 after three years, as I had been thoroughly satisfied with the vehicle. Unfortunately, this decision turned into a complete nightmare from the moment I made the purchase. Shortly after finalizing the sale, I discovered a $3,719.34 price discrepancy between the residual value of my lease contract and the amount that was being financed. I contacted Rob Cook, the sales manager, to clarify the issue. Instead of resolving it, he gave me a vague explanation about “Mazda certified service” fees that weren’t even mentioned in my original contract. He claimed that Mazda certified was mandatory and, without my car being certified by Mazda, I wouldn’t be able to get an extended warranty. None of this was disclosed upfront. He promised to call back within 20 minutes to provide answers, but he never did. I followed up with a detailed email outlining the problem. Rob Cook responded with a voicemail, stating that the general manager would handle it. Days passed with no resolution. When the general manager finally reached out, I was again promised a resolution that Saturday—and once again, nothing happened. This dealership has shown complete disregard for accountability and utter disrespect for their loyal customers. I feel completely swindled by hidden fees and left to deal with their incompetence alone. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how little they value their returning clients. I trusted Mazda of Palm Beach for years, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. After reading this review, I expect someone from Mazda to immediately reach out and resolve this issue once and for all—or I will be warning other potential customers to steer clear. Do not buy from this dealership unless you want your money to disappear into a black hole of deception. More
