We asked her to hold the car for us until the next day because we were Very interested. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Brian Cox. We discussed the vehicle, drove it and purchased it! There were a few minor things that needed addressed and every detail was taken care of. When we received the car, it was immaculate! Throughout the entire process, each individual we encountered, Robert in finance and Josh Young, the new car manager, were both efficient, polite and professional. We toured the service department as well, and there is no doubt that We will drive to McLaughlin's for all of our service needs. The team of people at McLaughlin's far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely tell others about our car buying experience! More

McLaughlin made car buying easy I was honestly quite nervous about the car buying process. It has been years since I've purchased a car. My boyfriend recently purchased a car from another dealership in the Quad Cities, and the experience wasn't great. But, Brian Cox and everyone at McLaughlin made the experience much easier than I'd expected. The service was great, they were easy to negotiate with, and all staff were friendly and helpful (and not pushy). I'll be recommending McLaughlin (and Brian!) for sure. More
Buying a car is scary, but not at McLaughlin I had never driven a Subaru and didn't know if I was even ready to purchase a car. I was able meet with Kim and she had it all ready for me to drive when I arrived. Even though she was dealing with two clients at once, I didn't feel neglected. Needless to say, I loved the car and it really sold itself! The whole process of the deal was really nice. I didn't feel pressured to buy and agree on a deal I wasn't comfortable with, the finance department was also great. My car was delivered a week later and I am in love with it! I drove it home in a snow storm...and it was FANTASTIC!!! More

I literally called him to explain what I was interested in and within the hour he presented me with pricing details. We drove for an hour in a snow storm to meet with him, test drive the car, sign on the dotted line and drive home. Smooth process. No haggling or games, just EXCELLENT Service. Robert in in financing and Kris in sales are both top notch. My new AWD Subaru Legacy handled very well on poor road conditions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and staff. Just another used car dealership I picked out a 2011 Subaru Legacy from online ads and drove from Iowa City to Moline to get it in Jan 2017. For the most part, the purchase was painle I picked out a 2011 Subaru Legacy from online ads and drove from Iowa City to Moline to get it in Jan 2017. For the most part, the purchase was painless. Two things though really got to me. First, when they transferred my license plates from my trade in, they didn't attached the front license plate. The car I got didn't have a front license plate bracket. "Here is your extra license plate." As far as I know, Iowa and Illinois both require a front license plate. After two months of waiting for the dealer to send me a front license plate bracket, I gave up and just ordered one from online for $25; cheaper than the inevitable ticket. The second thing that really irritated me is that they never reminded me to get my new car added to my auto insurance. Along with transferring the title and the plates, I assumed that the dealer took car of it. Last time I bought a car, the dealership made sure to go through all those obvious checklist items. I drove around for about a week uninsured before figuring it out. All in all, while I can't really recommend McLaughlin Subaru to others, I wouldn't tell people to stay away either. I went there to get a particular car, not because of the dealership. More
