My wife had been stuck on the road for almost 5. 5 hours. The mazda towing service had no one to answer the phone. So we called our insurance company to send a tow truck. Got to the dealership and all the mechanics had just gone to lunch. I was very upset not knowing if my car was damaged other then a tire. The dealership used car manager and a sales agent listened to me and without even asking gave my wife something to drive incase it took days to repair her car. We are not wealthy but I've bought all my cars from the dealership but 1 in my life. They treated me with respect and cared. That means alot. I will continue to be a customer and will continue to recommend them to everyone. More
