Med Center Mazda - Service Center

I have only dealt with the service department, and they were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I hate going to a service center and having the service writer talk to you were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I hate going to a service center and having the service writer talk to you like you are an idiot. That did NOT happen here. The service writer, and everyone I spoke with, was kind, attentive and especially helpful! I hope to not need much service on my awesome Mazda, but routine maintenance WILL be done at Med Center Mazda! More

Service and showroom have changed a lot. Service writers seem very busy. Personnel are “matter of fact” in person, but friendly on phone. James was exceptionally nice. The service provided was acceptable. However, I made a appointment and arrived 10-15 minutes early. I was at the dealership for 2 hours. I don’t expect the service to be like one of those quick oil change appointment and arrived 10-15 minutes early. I was at the dealership for 2 hours.
