Service, Review, and Inspection We called and told them we purchased the vehicle 4+ years ago from them and had done regular oil changes. We wanted to bring it to an authorized Mazda We called and told them we purchased the vehicle 4+ years ago from them and had done regular oil changes. We wanted to bring it to an authorized Mazda dealer, even though a two hour drive, to have it fully serviced, inspected and ensure it was in great running condition. They did a basic service and did not provide us with any diagnostic or other information. We had to ask about the tires and were they still good - the response - we didn’t look but let us check. And then they came back with the front tires might need to be replaced at the next oil service and the back tires were good for two more services. We asked about how the brake pads were - they couldn’t tell us. We asked about any leaks issues or other problems - they couldn’t tell us. Clearly there was no reason for us to bother taking it to this Mazda dealer, two hours drive each way, when frankly Oil Changers actually tells us more about the vehicle when we bring it in. More

I just paid $60 to get my oil change on the 10th of Feb 2020. The change oil lights keeps coming on. I notified Barry and he told me to walk thru the application to reset it. I thought it was the service dept job to do that as part of service. So here it is Feb 14 2020 its still comes on and i notified service dept again about it over the phone cause i live about 1hr away driving from the closest Mazda Dealeeship and now i have to take time out of my schedule to go back to service dept just to have light cut off that they didnt feel the need to cut off from my original service date. Unhappy Customer! More
