I am new to the area and on at least three occasions, they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before the they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before they closed and put on a new tire and on the management side, I had a lease turn in which I was dreading, and they could not have been more helpful - Asher even arranged for a driver to take me home. I was so impressed with Asher and the dealership. I have suggested to my other friends/family who own Mercedes to come to this dealership for both sales and service. More

I scheduled my GLB 20,000 mile service right after working an all night graveyard shift and my service advisor Alex did his best to help me out like he always does. He worked his magic and reduced a 4 working an all night graveyard shift and my service advisor Alex did his best to help me out like he always does.
