Jeff Sunstrom Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. A long drive back the next day wouldn’t have been impossible but definitely inconvenient. He followed up with me days and weeks later, long after the sale was complete, on related things I requested, and was interested in such as different wheels etc that he stood nothing to gain other than being customer service oriented. i would buy another car from him and so would my parents who were with me that night. The dealership was impeccable in every way. Allen in finance was wonderful to deal with despite my giving him a little grief as urged by my brother to play hard ball. The manager was equally pleasant. It’s a good place to buy a car and I’m glad Jeff was my sales person. He has great energy and a good sense of helping the customer. More

Best MB team in the region MB of Annapolis is the finest MB team in the area. Very smart people with a gracious manner. Asher is a gem. I drive the extra hour for MB Annapolis I live in Washington DC but skip MB of Alexandria in favor of MB Annapolis. After waiting 4 hours for an oil change (with an appointment!) at Alexandr I live in Washington DC but skip MB of Alexandria in favor of MB Annapolis. After waiting 4 hours for an oil change (with an appointment!) at Alexandria, I decided to try Annapolis and couldn't be happier. I usually work directly with Mr. Brady and he's very straight forward and honest with me about what needs to happen with my car. Everyone else around him seems to be very courteous and friendly as well, which says a lot about the quality of their work environment. My car is very important to me and I trust Mr. Brady and his team with it. If you're even roughly in the proximity of Annapolis, bring your Benz to them. More
