We had s tire go flat due to construction nail. We called the dealership and within an hour they were at our home putting on the spare so we could get to the shop and get a new tire installed. I wish she could be promoted to a coaching or training position b/c 17 years ago when I started with the brand of Mercedes the customer service was bar none. It was an LEDGENDARY experience you were witnessing. Rather that meant each time you purchased a Mercedes a gift back was mailed to your home with opulent items inside. Ms. Yeo is the only person I’ve met in the last 8 years who cares about the people she is servicing and doesn’t view them as just another number but a Mercedes family member who’s dealing with an obstacle I can assist with.
