Great dealership. They didn't waste my time. They were honest and up front about everything. The negotiation was quick and easy to arrive at a fair (great) price. The only complaint I have is that the receptionist could have been nicer/more helpful. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. More

My service experience went from unimpressive to disappointing to frustrating to ridiculous to maddening. They had my vehicle for over a week for routine service and minor repairs. One excuse afte disappointing to frustrating to ridiculous to maddening. They had my vehicle for over a week for routine service and minor repairs. One excuse after another as to why it wasn't ready. When it finally was, the invoice they sent me via text was incorrect, and the total was more than I was quoted. I spent an hour and a half the next day (it was a Saturday) at the dealership trying to correct the invoice and pick up my car. Really unbelievable, and not the experience I've had at other MB dealerships. Never again. More
