Chris patiently show at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. We initially came in looking at the GLE 450, but we were also very interested in the GLE 450 Coupe. Chris patiently showed us both models, explained the differences, and helped us decide which one was the best fit for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never pushy. He made the entire process comfortable and easy, and we ultimately purchased the GLE 450. We are very happy with our new Mercedes and truly appreciate Chris’s excellent service.
