I visited the dealership (Ray Catena Mercedes Benz) and asked to work with an experienced sales professional, and Mr. Greg Giordano was there to assist me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. Greg guided me from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. He was patient, never pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions. Once I selected and test-drove the vehicle, he efficiently completed all the paperwork and coordinated everything with the finance manager. The electronic signing process using a digital screen and electronic pen made the transaction quick and convenient, saving a great deal of time. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I have had, from the competitive pricing and the vehicle selection to the outstanding customer service provided by everyone involved. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Greg Giordano, the finance manager, and the entire dealership team. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable. More
