I have been a BMW fan over last 15 years. I decided to check out other cars this time as needed a change and a sports car. The first time I saw and sat behind the wheels of the redesigned 2021 AMG E53, I was blown away. I had just started talking to Tom Cola at the dealership. Due to Covid restrictions, Tom and the Ray Catena Dealership made things very easy for me. Tom was very honest and to the point. Did not waste my time. When I went to the dealership to pick up my car, paper work was done in less than 15 minutes and I was out the door in no time. Being a physician, I was thoroughly impressed by the steps, the dealership has taken to keep not just the customers but employees safe during ongoing pandemic.
