This was my first experience with Mercedes of Edison and I can tell you my experience was fantastic. Particularly Mr. Tom Cola, the sales representative that I worked with. Tom was extremely helpful in helping me and my wife make a decision about which car to lease. We never felt rushed and he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and took the time to explain to us all the different options we had. He directly worked with my insurance broker to ensure all the paperwork was ready to go before we got there. It was such a pleasure dealing with Tom and I would encourage my friends and family to deal with him personally. Truly an amazing experience. With Paula supporting us, it was truly a pleasure. We got it all done in with her in record time. She listened intently to our wants and needs then made it happen. Knowing we were also working full time in remote environment and had limited flexibility and time, she struck the perfect balance with our communication. She sent pictures, videos, emails and texts to ensure we had all of the info we needed to make an informed decision, then followed up with thoughtful discussion on the options at times that were convenient for us. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Paula, the entire Ray Catena MB of Edison team and of course our new GLS450. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! More

Called to make an appointment and asked if process is different in COVID times. Was assured that everybody is very careful, you are supposed to wear a mask, everybody in the dealership wears masks. glove different in COVID times. Reality was a bit different, half of employees didn't have masks, and half of the rest had it under their chin. Interestingly all clients had masks on, maybe 10-15 of them. No care taken to facilitate isolation.Took common half-n-hour to do the paperwork. Service took all day somehow, but not a problem, I had a loaner. Picking up the car next day I was asked if I'd prefer to have it washed... Thought it's standard part of service, so yes? Well, was told I'd have to wait a bit, as that department is not even open yet. Overall, underwhelming experience. BTW, apologies, name of person sales department is bogus, there's no choice for person I've talked to. More
