Incredible Service I just recently leased my 2016 GL 450 from an 2014 ML 350. The dealer (Tom Cola) did an great job facilitating the transfer of my old lease to the ne I just recently leased my 2016 GL 450 from an 2014 ML 350. The dealer (Tom Cola) did an great job facilitating the transfer of my old lease to the new lease with minimal issue. The front desk staff along with the management were extremely courteous and made me feel at home. It definitely made the drive from Brooklyn very worthwhile to get this new lease. I have never done business with this particular dealership before, but after the experience I just had with them, I recommended my parents to get a GL 450 as well! I will be a customer for life. Great job guys! More

A Wonderful Experience > Start to Finish! I recently had the pleasure (11/16/15 & 11/17/15) of leasing my first vehicle from Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, and what a great experience it was! I recently had the pleasure (11/16/15 & 11/17/15) of leasing my first vehicle from Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, and what a great experience it was! I stopped into the dealer to just very quickly glance at a few vehicles and maybe jot down some prices, as my existing lease was not up until January 2016. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist whom ensured me I would speak with a sales person in less than (10) minutes. As I reaffirmed my intent was only to quickly glance and that I did not want to waste anyone's time, she assured me I would not be wasting anyone's time, with a smile to boot! Within ten minutes or so, as I walked the showroom, I was greeted by Allyson Gutman, who came with a friendly hello, a smile, and a great persona from the start. I explained my intentions (or lack thereof) to Allyson and without hesitation, Allyson was extremely helpful and most interested in ensuring I was getting the detailed information I desired and moreover, was in no way pushy or "salesman" like in any way. (as I am a Global Sales Director for a tech company, this was important to me...) Additionally, throughout the course of my conversation with Allyson, we came to learn we have a mutual acquaintance, which made me feel even more comfortable than I already was, and that certainly helped to drive our conversation (and my experience) in even more of a positive, pleasurable way! Working with Allyson throughout my leasing experience was nothing short of fantastic! Allyson is extremely knowledgable about the product(s) she is selling, and she was eager to share that with me. When it came to price and negotiations, the process was easy, non-stressful, and Allyson worked with me, in detail, in order to get me into the vehicle I was interested in, even in lieu of the fact that I came into the dealer with no intentions of getting anything. That, to me, goes to show what kind of person (and representative of Ray Catena) Allyson is. I can assure you, I will be back to get another vehicle from Allyson after this one! I would highly recommend Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, more specifically, Allyson Gutman. The entire experience was spectacular, and the enthusiasm that Allyson and the rest of the folks at Ray Catena bring to the table are second to none! Cheers to Allyson and Team! More

He worked hard to get me into the right car with the right terms and conditions. It was also clear he was respected by his management and likely one of the top salesman in the dealership. The dealership was impressive, had an amazing selection of cars both new and high quality used in their inventory and the showroom and customer accommodations were top notch. I will be back and will refer friends and family to Tom and Ray Catena of Edison. More

Very Rude Service Attitude Ten days after my car was completed a major service in this dealership in Sep, the battery went bad twice. We brought the car back to this dealer to Ten days after my car was completed a major service in this dealership in Sep, the battery went bad twice. We brought the car back to this dealer to check. They changed the battery without a price quote and charged us for battery plus $200+ of labor fee. We asked the reason for this charge and questioned why the problem happened in 10 days after the major service. We got a Very Rude attitude and shouting from the service adviser and the worst Service Manager we have ever met. Showing no respect to customers at all. It is hard to believe a horrible Ray Catena Way of service! More
