T, many questions, going so far as offering to connect my cell phone to the Smartphone Integration Package so I could see how it worked! The whole process was smooth. I received my follow up call from Barry 1 week later to see how I liked my new vehicle and if I had any questions. With my last vehicle, the service department is very nice to work with. He never played the games you get of going back and forth. We knew what our vehicle was worth that we wanted to trade in and he agreed. The GM, was also genuine and was kind.
