We couldn't seem to find one with all the options I wanted on it, so I placed a deposit on a Black CLA 250 and MBoH transported it in from another dealership for me. I then found a Mountain Grey CLA 250 online at a dealer in PA - exact color w/all the options I wanted. I contacted Barry and he worked it out so I could purchase the Mountain Grey one. Then next one was in Colorado. The dealership was almost 6 hours from my house. I called and dealt with Barry London on the phone, email, and text msg for about a week. Great Professional Customer Service After locating the Mercedes SUV that we wanted, we ended up at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, MD. I contacted the dealership by email to make sure the After locating the Mercedes SUV that we wanted, we ended up at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, MD. I contacted the dealership by email to make sure the car we saw listed was still available. The positive reply was sent several minutes later followed by a personal response from Martin Jones. Martin asked me several questions about my inquiery, never being pushy, and sent me detailed information regarding the car we were interested in. My wife and I decided to to visit the dealership and discuss the car further with Martin. The visit went very well, as Martin went over the details of the car very thoroughly and then let us take the car for a test drive. Afterwards, we told Martin that we were very impressed but we were not ready to make a decision to purchase at that point. He completely understood, and did not try to "force our hand" to make a decision. We left feeling very comfortable about Martin and the dealership. After looking at and test driving another vehicle (Lexus), and not having the same positive experience, we decided on the Mercedes. The negotiations with Martin over the purchase went very well. I always felt he had our interests in mind even when we were a bit up in the air about the finally closing the deal. With no prodding from Martin, we made our decision to purchase the car. This experience was one of the better ones I have had over the many car purchases I have had. I recommend Martin and the Hagerstown dealership very highly. More
