He was patient, expansive when necessary, and even understanding when we changed our mind on which vehicle to buy the next morning after spending nearly four hours with us and coming to a verbal agreement the previous evening. Mike took as much time as needed to explain everything in detail about the vehicle we purchased, a CPO 2014 M350. Mike's professionalism resulted in our driving away without a smidgen of buyer's remorse, then or now. She was very knowledgable of the cars and made my Mercedes experience wonderful. From the time I came in until I left, I was pleasantly pleased. I also enjoyed the approach Chandra used. She sent an introduction video to me showing where to park, what time, and everything to expect. This was a first for me and was extremely helpful. I knew where to park, who I was looking for and it took away the worry. It was a great sales approach. Having a great salesperson makes an auto sale that much better.
