First class customer service! Excellent experience! I had been searching for the right car for 7 months after I had been rear-ended and my previous car was totaled. I was looking for a quality car with a lot of nice upgrades at a reasonable price. I had been to many dealerships where the sales people were pushy and aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving here. The atmosphere was very positive and relaxed - the people we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. You genuinely feel like they're taking care of you and not taking advantage of you. I came to see a particular Nissan Murano, and after taking it for a test drive, I knew it was the car for me! Andre was so kind and helpful in walking us through the purchasing process. We got a fantastic price for all the bells and whistles that come with this Platinum Edition Murano! We also met with CJ to finish up paperwork, and then Nikole helped take some great photos for me with my new car. They were both gems - so friendly and made us feel like family! I drove 2 hours to get to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown but it was well worth it! I highly recommend this dealership! More

Excellent Buying Experience! I contacted MB of Hagerstown via of the internet on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I was contacted by Nikole regarding my interest in three c I contacted MB of Hagerstown via of the internet on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I was contacted by Nikole regarding my interest in three cars. She not only answered all my questions she made a “walk around” video of one of the cars. I contacted her and she set me up with Wes …the sales representative. Wes gave me a call and scheduled a test drive in all three. I picked an MB 250 Coupe and we settled on a price with my trade. He followed up with me during the process and arranged my financing through MB. Wes was very responsive to my questions and very professional. He is truly a “car guy” and he addressed all my questions and concerns. Every complication during the purchase was addressed by Wes and he truly was happy that I was able to purchase the car. Upon taking the delivery of the 250, Justin stepped in to handle the financing paperwork. Wes explained how all the controls were operated and followed up after the sale. My experience with the staff at MB of Hagerstown was beyond what I expected and felt that I was treated professionally. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime but this has overall been the best! The price was very fair and they were even willing to negotiate further on extras. They were willing to wait for me to arrive later in the evening to finalize the deal and even worked with me to surprise my spouse the next day, taking additional steps and making efforts to make the experience fun and enjoyable. They spend hours with my wife and I reviewing the vehicle we bought to ensure we were comfortable with the multitude of features. I would have never considered myself to be a long time or repeat Mercedes-Benz buyer/owner, but we will be looking at this brand and this dealership when we are ready for our next car. I made my call to the dealership and I was put in touch initially with Nicole whom I negotiated my bottom line price to purchase this vehicle based on certain conditions. I also didn't want to spend countless unproductive hours haggling over a price by coming into the dealership since I was driving from Northern Va. I had done my homework looking at just about all Mercedes dealerships to make sure I'm within a certain range in terms of what I think the car is worth. My wife and I came into the dealership late on a Monday evening to have been greeted by Barry London. From the onset he was very pleasant and easy to converse with. Barry showed us our vehicle and to my surprise I was extremely please with the condition of the vehicle. He offered that we take the vehicle for a test drive and showed us the many features this vehicle is equipped with. My experience with Barry is the best so far in dealing with car salesmen... he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy and didn't overwhelmed us with too much of irrelevant info. A day after we picked up our vehicle I ran into some technical issues..I wasn't able to get the car started. I decided to call Barry at about 10:30 at night which he picked up and was able to direct me as to what may have been the issues-sure enough he was helpful once again. My overall experience with the dealership was great...the finance mgr wasn't too pushy for us to buy certain "extended warranties" which I had researched prior to coming into the dealership and nothing was going to convince me otherwise to buy something that was of questionable value.
