Best Car Purchase Experience Ever From start to finish, our experience at this dealership was top notch. We had called ahead about a specific car we were interested in. ROB EDMUNDS had From start to finish, our experience at this dealership was top notch. We had called ahead about a specific car we were interested in. ROB EDMUNDS had the car waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail regarding the model we were test driving, patient and we felt no pressure to make a decision that day, although we did do so. CJ BROWN took over from there with all the paperwork. She was just as friendly, accommodating and offered, but didn't push all those little "extras" on us, that we didn't want. Understanding we were in a hurry, as we live an hour away from the dealership, she wrapped things up for us as quickly as possible. We also met the Sales Manager briefly, but he couldn't have been more laid back and personable, again with no pressure at all. After the Sale, we had a couple of questions regarding the CPO WArranty and personalized license plates that we ordered through the dealership. Both Rob and CJ responded to us right away and answered all our questions. We have purchased several cars in the past, mostly from Lexus, Mercedes and Toyota. We typically use dealerships that are much closer to home. We always do our homework ahead of time and pretty much know what we want and what we feel is a fair price prior to walking into the dealership. Yet, we both still dread the thought of the whole process. However, both my husband and I felt this trip was well worth the drive for the excellent service and stress free transaction. We will certainly be back for our next car purchase. More
