My wife and I bought a 2008 C class from Barry London several years ago. When we began looking to upgrade, Barry was our first stop. We were not disappointed. Barry has a wonderful sense of humor and really made the whole experience of buying a 2012 E class a real treat. We got a good price as the car was lightly used. We got the best of both worlds as our purchase while used, had only 5,600 miles on it. We got the "used car" 100,000 mile warranty while buying a lightly used car that was practically brand new. I would highly recommend to the readers of this review that you go and talk to Barry London when purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown and to do so before going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, new or used. I would also like to compliment Service Advisor Adam. When I brought in my "old" Mercedes for routine service, I got Adam as my advisor. Adam put me in a new E class loaner vehicle and kindly showed me how to adjust everything to my needs and liking. I was so impressed with how Adam treated me that I raved about the service to my wife, pricipal driver of our Mercedes. Adam made me feel valued and special as a customer. I cannot describe well enough the treatment that I recieved after Adam introduced himself. I want Adam as my Service Advisor when ever our Mercedes comes to visit for service. To conclude, businesses today look for long term relationships with their customers. Both Barry and Adam have accomplished this with my wife and I. I do not know the hours these men work or how much money they make, but they cannot be paid well enough for their customer service efforts. If any reader of this review has control over how much money these two gentlemen earn , please pay them more. It will be monies well invested. More

We had a great experience from start to finish. Ours was a used car purchase, and the entire process was easy. Sales people and finance personnel were very accomodating and efficient. Small vehicle deficiencies were repaired without question, and a valid suggestion offered about body paint that we hadn't even noticed when we looked at the vehicle. I bought my new 2012 E350 to replace a 2009 ML320 because of issues with the ML320. I love the car and the dealership worked very hard to insure that my husband and I were happy with the purchase. Buying a used car from this dealership was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure, which is important to me. I had been looking on line and at other dealerships for a couple of weeks. Additionally, on the day I purchased the car from Barry, I had spent almost six hours test driving and talking with sales people at several dealerships. My son-in-law, who had previously purchased a car from Barry, recommended checking their website to see what they had. I found a car that was close to the price I could afford, so we called and spoke with Barry and subsequently went to check it out. We were greeted immediately by Rob, since Barry was with another customer who had gotten there before us. The car we spoke with Barry about was parked up front and waiting for me to test drive. After the test drive I inquired about other cars in my price range and Rob suggested the Fusion. It looked and drove like it was brand new...and the price was even less than the other car. Barry and Rob made me feel like I was one of their best customers during the whole deal. One would have thought I bought a top-of-the-line Mercedes Benz. They gave me a very competitive interest rate and Austin went through the loan paperwork quickly and thoroughly. Everything was just as they had explained from the beginning...no surprises. I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagarstown. The next time I need a car, I'll start with them. More
Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was by far the best in many years. We had been car shopping for over 6 months, reviewing consumer reports, test driving and just didn't find the car or dea far the best in many years. We had been car shopping for over 6 months, reviewing consumer reports, test driving and just didn't find the car or dealership that we felt comfortable with. That is until a friend suggested we try MB of Hagerstown. We had an SLK230 and liked the manufacturer but needed something larger. We made an appointment with Andre and was warmly greeted when we arrived. He took his time getting to know what we were interested in and was extremely knowledgable about all the vehicles we looked at. When we decided to test drive a few cars, he gave us the keys and told us to take our time. One of my pet peeves is having the salesperson ride along with me during a test drive. We took a few days to decide what we wanted and then called Andre who introduced us to Robert Buchanan the Sales Manager. Again he made the financial process smooth and painless. Andre spent well over 90 minutes reviewing all the features on our new GLK350 and added that if we had any questions, concerns or if we needed help figuring anything out to give him or anyone at the dealership a call. They took care of every single detail and all we needed to do was to take the keys and drive home. I have already told several friends to look at MB of Hagerstown first if they are ever looking for a car, they would not be disappointed in the experience! We are just sorry we wasted those 6 months before finding this dealership and great group of sales staff. More
