We are extremely pleased with Barry from the beginning of our shopping. He is very thorough, honest, humble and exceptional. In the first 10 minutes, I told my husband how wonderful and personable he is. He has been so thorough and very detailed in his explanations, affable and just humble. We never felt pressured in any way, and as such it is a very refreshing approach in car buying. I think Hagerstown MB has truly positioned themselves on the top because of their warm hospitality and personable approach.
