There is a reason we have been repeat customers for these many years. It is very simple. They go out of their way to make every customer feels as if they are being treated with respect. Rob was most patient and non-aggressive, unlike many other car sales people. No pressure tactics, such as, "if you buy today we will include a set of Kinzu knives". We went home thought about, came back the next day ready to close the deal. Rob & company took care of all of the many details including registering the car in Florida for us.
