Rob was most patient and non-aggressive, unlike many other car sales people. No pressure tactics, such as, "if you buy today we will include a set of Kinzu knives". We went home thought about, came back the next day ready to close the deal. Rob & company took care of all of the many details including registering the car in Florida for us.
