The moment I met Rafic Trawi at the dealership, he was professional and friendly. We went for a test drive and Rafi was extremely knowledgeable about the automobile. I took my car in for a state inspection since this is where I bought my Mercedes-Benz. I went in at 9 am and didn't hear any update at 10 am so I asked about the status of the inspection. Apparently, the where I bought my Mercedes-Benz. I went in at 9 am and didn't hear any update at 10 am so I asked about the status of the inspection. Apparently, the inspection was done but my car is nowhere to be found. They claimed they took it for a car wash. I waited for another hour before my car was returned. And it was not washed. I should have taken my car to a regular shop for a routine inspection which normally takes 15 min, no more than 30 min. Folks at this store do not greet you and act unprofessionally. Except for the ladies at the front desk, they're always super friendly and helpful. More
