Just the way car purchase should be! March of 2019 I purchased a GL 550 from Oliver Lippman. In short, this is exactly what car purchasing should be like! In the previous two weeks, Olive March of 2019 I purchased a GL 550 from Oliver Lippman. In short, this is exactly what car purchasing should be like! In the previous two weeks, Oliver and I discussed what I was going to use the car for, and what my must-haves and nice-to haves were. He did not have what I was looking for in stock, so he told me to be patient until he found exactly what I was looking for. The normal car sales guy would try and sway you to like something that was in inventory for immediate sales. When he found the vehicle that matched my requirement, he presented the car, factual/functional and without any expectation that I would jump into a purchase agreement immediately. Instead, he asked if I wanted to borrow the car the following day to test drive it to work, So I did, and this is when I had a chance to take my own time and get in and out of the car several times, try all functions, and road conditions. All while taking my own time without any salesman breathing down my neck with expectations of a quick decision. The day after when I came back to the dealership and said that I really like it. The normal car sales guy would have rushed me in to sign the purchase papers, Not Oliver, instead he said "very good, now we are going to try a couple of other models to verify that what you have chosen is the right one for you". After three other models, I could not wait to get back to the dealership before someone else got their hands on what I now had thoroughly experienced and confirmed to be my ideal car. The paperwork and financing process went smooth and professional. Oliver has since followed up several times to make sure that I'm still satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Oliver!
