Easy from start to finish I came into MB of Owings Mills in search of a new Mercedes for my mother. I was connected with Tom Lopez shortly after arriving. Even though I techn I came into MB of Owings Mills in search of a new Mercedes for my mother. I was connected with Tom Lopez shortly after arriving. Even though I technically wasn't the one who would be buying the car, Tom treated me as a valued customer throughout the process. I explained our situation - what we needed, what our concerns were, etc. Tom assisted me with all of these. He even took the time to let me sample Apple Carplay in the parking lot - just to make sure it would work for Mom. Tom was also able to locate a car with the right equipment in minutes. When it came time to make the deal, MB Owings Mills offered more for our trade in than the two other dealers we visited. Tom advocated for us to make a great deal - so great that my Mom was willing to drive three hours from Pennsylvania to work with Tom. When it came time to do the paperwork (which we all know usually takes forever), Fran worked quickly to get everything set up for us before we arrived. On delivery day, we were in and out in 80 minutes! I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and his colleagues, and hope to work with him again. More

Service It was my first experience with service call I have purchased all my cars at valley motors and serviced them there. Their service is fine but not sal It was my first experience with service call I have purchased all my cars at valley motors and serviced them there. Their service is fine but not sales. Patricia was good but I didn’t feel really welcomed. I had to ask where the coffee was, waiting room is not as nice, my car was not cleaned inside (vacuumed). It was taken back but back floor was not done. I will probably go back to valley for service but buy next from me Wollman. More
