Rob Lisi did an excellent job assisting us in our delivery. His explanation of car features and capabilities was terrific and he is a very pleasant guy to work with. This was inconvenient to me and my wife as we were delayed by almost half an hour in waiting for it to be corrected. This caused me to miss an appointment that I had scheduled later that afternoon.
