Always Execptional Service! On a recent Saturday morning my car would not start, so I called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance. I suspected it was the battery, but I was not sur On a recent Saturday morning my car would not start, so I called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance. I suspected it was the battery, but I was not sure. After speaking with a very pleasant customer service representative over the phone, she arranged for a service person to come to my house. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call. He confirmed it was the battery, charged it in my garage, and then I drove the car to the dealership to have the service department check it. A new battery was installed, my car was washed to perfection, and I was on my way! And this was all on a Saturday afternoon! I cannot say enough great things about Miguel Cruz, my service advisor, who is FANTASTIC! He always makes sure that I am taken care of and satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and places a very high value on customer satisfaction. The roadside assistance technician who came to my house was excellent as well.
