Excellent! I am very appreciative of the service I recently received in the Service Department. Jeff Hirthler went out of his way to help me on very short notic I am very appreciative of the service I recently received in the Service Department. He not only got my car in for service in a timely fashion, but also was able to get all of the work completed to my total satisfaction. I will continue to recommend Princeton Mercedes (even though I live closer to Cherry Hill) because of the excellent service that I have received in both the Sales and Service Department. More

We prefer Chinese service It is pretty difficult to associate in English for us. So it would be better if you have Chinese employees so it will be easier for us to communicate.
