Leased a 2025 from this dealership and the service department has been terrible. First off and they won’t tell you the second oil change which is considered a schedule B will cost you well over $1000. department has been terrible. With the first one on the evening before the morning appointment, they wrote me and said no loaner was available and then I could stay in the showroom for three hours and wait. I made a second appointment with a loaner car for today, September 3 went to my appointment at 10 AM and was then told that we have no loaner car to give you and that I could wait in the lounge while they perform the maintenance. Totally unprofessional totally confused and I get the sense No one seems to know what they’re doing there. Will not renew my lease at this dealership. More
