I had an unpleasant experience with service advisor Ruth Weinreb and care manager Antoinette Hessing. A simple installation was done incorrectly and they offered no solution to the problem. We have bought cars from this dealership in the past and never had an unpleasant experience like this from the service advisor and the care manager. They were rude and unprofessional.
