His name is Elias and after hearing about the car I was shocked when he offered to have me picked up at my home to test drive the vehicle. The salesman showed up in a timely fashion in a new Mercedes and drove me to the dealership. First time Mercedes C300 buyer! Today was my first time buying a Mercedes (and a new car of any kind for that matter) and the experience with my salesperson Mohammed was a breeze! We came looking at a used loaner car and walked with a great lease deal on a new C300 with payments that were substantially less than on the used car. Mohammed was very knowledgeable about all the features on the car and very helpful in explaining how to use each of them. The car is beautiful and Mohammed and his manager, Jay Son eased us through the whole process and made it fun. We well definitely be return customers. Very Satisfied Pascal was fantastic! I can honestly say that although I love Mercedes, my last two buying experiences left a bitter taste in my mouth. However, third Pascal was fantastic! I can’t say enough about Pascal and the rest of the team there. I literally went past three other dealerships for a specific used car I had seen in inventory online. Folks the 1 Hour and 17 min drive TWICE was worth it. Even though it is way out of the way, I plan on taking my vehicle for routine maintence when it’s time. I felt like a person and not a quota during my time there and it is an experience I will never forget. On top of all the great customer service, the selling point was the test drive. Pascal was aware of he fact that I was coming out of an older model CLK350, so on the test drive he took the time to demonstrate and go over all the features in the E350. If it weren’t for that, I honestly think I would have walked away from the car because of all the overwhelming features. I had a very smooth car buying experience from beginning to end. I would specifically like to give high praise to my salesman Marcelo Via. His high level of professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness is top notch. His approach is quite relaxed and there is no pressure from him at all. Marcelo went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. I was VERY specific about color, model, etc. He helped me build my dream car. I absolutely love my new Mercedes GLC!! Marcelo spent considerable time with me to go over the many features in the car and even helped to pair my phone. Marcelo followed up with phone calls after the purchase was made and scheduled a time for me to come back and go over all the features with me again. Most dealerships and salespeople do not care to hear from you after the sale is complete. This is a true example of how Marcelo sets himself apart from the competition.
