We saw a vehicle we were interested in knowing more about online and Neil gave us a call right away after sending in the request. This was very unexpected but was a great surprise as we were looking to buy a carfax on the vehicle and didn't need to. I had never had this before. He also gave us a personalized tour video to take a better look at the car before we drove 150 miles to the dealership. Neil also helped us with any discounts we could apply towards the vehicle and worked us right through the process. I would definitely use this dealership and Neil again. Best experience at a dealership I have had. Also, this dealership was probably the cleanest and best laid out dealership I have been to. I had been to several dealerships and none of them compared to the type of service I received at this one in Temecula. He was patient and understanding of my situation, which I really appreciated. Then I was introduced to the BIGWIGS :) Sr. Sales Mgr (Elan Yakovee) and General Manager (Chris Lanza). Wow, they were just as amazing and made me feel like I was part of their family. Also, trying to figure if they could help me, which they fortunately did.
