AMAZING Out of State purchase Window shopping during quarrantine and came across a beautiful CLA45. Marcos was such a pleasure to converse with...a true top professional and representative of Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. Because of his attentiveness and professionalism we were able to get a deal completed (believe me when I say that he worked extremely hard for me). Also, Arturo Gutierrez (finance) secured me a loan with rates FAR SUPERIOR to that of my credit union. They even accepted my trade-in (offering a very fair price) even though I reside out of state! In the end, I received a great price on an incredible car without any of the drama that normally accompanies a buying experience. Buying a car "sight unseen" is always a bit risky...but I can attest that both the team and the dealership are worthy of the Mercedes name. They have now earned a forever client, even though I live 1500 miles away. THANK YOU! More
