Positive experience with this dealership I saw a 2011 E350 convertible on the website of Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands so stopped by to take a look. I really wasn't expecting to make a purchase that day. I had been researching for the last year this model. I was looking for a clean low mileage car in my wife's preferred colors of white, black, or silver. This car only had 12,000 miles and looked very clean. Once I got to the dealership I was very impressed with the car. This is when I met Nick Botusan. He was very professional, not pushy, and answered all my questions. I had a strong notion of what I was willing to pay for the car and as I mentioned above had been researching for some time. They got very close to my # and since the car was so clean and the super low miles I felt this was the car and deal to make. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. Nick was great and he helped me surprise my wife by letting me borrow a large bow to place on the hood of the car when she got home. I couldn't get my wife to the dealership for a review of all operations of the car so Nick offered to stop by our house and run through the info with us about a week later. He helped us set up the electronics and things like the garage door and gate openers. I'd say this was over and above his job duties. Lastly, Paula Alpha did a great job taking me thru and explaining the finance process and options available to me. Thanks again for everything, John More

Twice as Nice, Second Service Experience - Second to NONE Last Saturday I took my second vehicle to the service center at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I had some concerns about my 2005 SLK350. I bought it Last Saturday I took my second vehicle to the service center at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I had some concerns about my 2005 SLK350. I bought it in 2013 and did not know the service history of the vehicle. Mainly I wanted some type of maintenance plan. I had addressed this to nearby dealership before MBOTW opened for business and never really got any feedback from them. This past Saturday I had the pleasure to meet with Kyle Galindo who is the Service Manager for MBOTW. I can honestly say that I was impressed with the way he took his time with me to hear all my concerns. He said that he would research the maintenance history of my vehicle and suggest a plan of action for maintenance. I now feel that I have someone in my corner. Thanks again Kyle! More
