The BEST Car Buying Experience I have EVER Had!! I would like to start by saying that (MBOTW) Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is “THE PLACE” to buy a Mercedes! From the moment I walked through the fr I would like to start by saying that (MBOTW) Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is “THE PLACE” to buy a Mercedes! From the moment I walked through the front door I felt a appreciated. Instead of a salesperson immediately approaching me and saying, “Is there something I can help you with,” I was warmly greeted and instead, asked, “Would you like something to drink from our coffee bar?” I gladly accepted and discovered that they stocked almost every soft drink on the planet as well as a full range of Starbucks Products ranging from chilled bottled Frappuccinos to their Espresso Double Shots in cans. There is something to be said about a dealership that is privately owned and operated! The hospitality I received reminded me of Beverly Hills. Even though I knew I wanted to buy a Mercedes, I wasn’t sure WHERE I was going to buy it from and I knew I had a plethora of choices. I looked at a C-Class Coupe at another Houston Mercedes dealership earlier that day just prior to driving all the way out to MBOTW. The salesman at that other dealership said, “You better buy this C-Class today because I’ve had several calls about it and it probably won’t be available tomorrow.” I told the salesman that I was going to the Woodlands to see an M-Class Coupe before I made a final decision. When he heard me say this he said, “There are some things that you need to be concerned about when it comes to buying an M-Class and stated the C-Class Coupe would be a better fit for me.” My sales advisor at MBOTW was named Alex Lindenmuth and he knew I was looking at a C-Class at another dealership. Alex kindly offered to stay late that evening in order to give me enough time to get there from the other dealership and make it possible for me to test drive the M-Class before they closed. When I took the “M” for a test drive I just had to have it! There is nothing like a Mercedes and there was a huge difference between the M-Class and the C-Class. I was hooked but kept thinking about all the things that the other salesman had told me to be concerned about when it came to buying an M-Class. I asked Alex about the things that the other dealership told me to be concerned about when it came to buying an M-Class and he said that the information I had been given was incorrect. Alex brought over a couple of his co-workers to get their opinions and they said the same thing he did. Alex also showed me literature that validated these concerns and of which disputed what the other salesman had told me. At this point, I knew I could TRUST Alex and MBOTW and as a result I felt completely comfortable. I decided I didn’t need to look anywhere else for a car and that I would definitely buy it from Alex. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, assured and not pressured to buy a car unless I was ready. Well, just when I thought I had seen it all, Alex introduced me to their Product Specialist, David Gonzalez. David’s job was to walk me through how to operate all the bells and whistles that the M-Class had to offer and he did a great job too! I rated Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands 5 Stars because it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have EVER had. I won’t hesitate to refer people I know to MBOTW because I believe that how they do it is how EVERY dealership should do it and that everyone needs to experience what I did. More
